What is Spot Robot

Spot is an agile mobile robot that navigates terrain with unprecedented mobility, allowing to automate routine inspection tasks and data capture safely, acccurately and frequently.

How does spot work?

Spot comes with standard five pairs of stereo cameras positioned around the machine. Its front cameras scans the ground ahead for obstacles and decide whether to climb over them or to avoid them altogether—anything under 30 centimeters tall gets summited; anything higher than it will automatically avoid, even if you joystick the robot right at a wall.
