Seminar halls, interview cabins and training spaces support campus recruitment and career preparation.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES:

JNNCE is having the following infrastructure facilities to conduct training program and campus recruitment.

Seminar Halls / Auditorium:  Spacious Seminar Hall to conduct Training & Placement activities and also modern auditorium for Pre-Placement Presentations by the Corporates.

Discussion / Interview Cabins: These cabins are equipped with internet facilities. Corporates can conduct group discussions, face to face technical & HR interview in these rooms.

Executive Training Center: has the capacity to accommodate 50 students with cluster seating, LCD, Computer with internet, Plug-in for internet connection, etc., for the Hands-on technical training for the students and faculties.

Aptitude Development Program:

Aptitude development is critical at Graduation and Post Graduation level in today’s environment. Corporates and recruiters evaluate prospective candidates based on their aptitude i.e., quantitative, reasoning, verbal ability, data interpretation and problem solving areas. JNNCE provides training on Aptitude to students in their pre-final year. Trainers are selected based on their experience in teaching students

Personality Development/Attitude & Behavioural Development Program:

JNNCEemphasize to shape the personality of each and every student studying at JNNCE to suit their career aspirations. Training programs are conducted for students who wish to pursue higher studies, recruitments, and entrepreneurship areas.

Technical/Domain Skills Training:

Based on the inputs from advisory Board and Placement Committee Training & Placement Cell will organize technical hands-on training in latest technologies to meet the requirements of the industries.

INTERNSHIP

Training & Placement Cell assist students to get internship in the industries. It provides information and takes initiative to conduct internship drives in the campus.
