Innovations by the Faculty in Teaching and Learning

  • Faculty members provide quality study material to enrich students learning.
  • Mode of teaching in this Institute is not only limited to the traditional chalk and talk methods but also an amalgamation of modern technology (Ex. Power point presentation, audio video teaching, demonstration of models etc.)
  • Students are encouraged to find topics pertaining to course. These topics are presented by the students to peers. The contents and the presentations quality are assessed and considered while awarding CIE marks.
  • Students are encouraged to visit NPTEL lecturers, browse different internet sites to increase their knowledge base about the subject. Moreover through these activities, students acquire relevant knowledge which is beyond the syllabus as per the university curriculum
  • The technical fest “TECHZONE” organized by the college also serves to create opportunities for the students self development based on extra syllabus technological knowhow.
  • Faculty members arrange various learning programs like quiz, debate, seminars etc., and encourage students to participate.
  • Faculty frequently arranges industrial and site visits to expose the students to real world environment.
  • Experiment conducted to enhance the understanding of Direct Combustion Process.
